Last Tribute to Ambar Gurung : Composer of Nepali National Anthem Song

His Excellency Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli communicated profound distress over the death of veteran performer and author of Nepal's national song of praise Amber Gurung, however said the veteran is a never-setting star of the Nepali music. 

In an announcement, Prime Minister Oli said he was stunned by the news and communicated ardent sympathy to the deprived family. 

Recollecting Gurung for his commitment to the Nepali music as an artist, lyricist, artist, instructor, scientist, Oli said that the Nepal Academy of Music and Drama was his brainchild. Gurung was the establishing bad habit chancellor of the Nepal Academy of Music and Drama. 

"Gurung, who was conceived in Darjeeling of India and spent his life to elevate the Nepali music, will dependably sparkle in the sky of Nepali music as a star that never sets," Oli said in the eulogical explanation issued by his media guide, Pramod Dahal. 

"The nation will never forget the commitment that late Gurung made to Nepal and Nepalis through his creation." 

In like manner, Nepali Congress President and previous Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba communicated trouble over Gurung's destruction and mourned the deprived family. 

In an announcement, Deuba said Gurung's passing was an unsalvageable misfortune on Nepali music. 

Gurung inhaled his last over the span of treatment at the Dhapasi-based Grande International Hospital at 2:37 am on Tuesday. He was 79. 

He experienced hypertension, diabetes and Parkinson's infection.
